Confidentiality:
Client confidentiality is always respected. The details of your reading will remain private,
ensuring a safe space for open and honest communication. 

Tarot Reading Etiquette:

• Kay will convey the insights the cards reveal honestly, without embellishment, even if the information may be difficult to hear, disappointing, or not the answer you hoped for.
• Tarot readings may only be booked for those 18 years or older. This ensures that clients are mature enough to understand and process the insights provided.
• Kay reserves the right to not provide services at their discretion for any reason, with a refund provided.
• Video recordings are not permitted during readings to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
• Kay will not read for you on the same topic more than once every three
  months. This policy safeguards the integrity and effectiveness of the insights provided through the readings. Tarot readings should serve as a tool for guidance and should not replace the inherent free will and decision-making power of the individual.

Free Will:
Kay’s role as a tarot reader and psychic medium is to guide, coach, and offer direction; however, it is essential to recognise that you retain free will and have the ultimate responsibility in choosing your own path. The insights and interpretations provided through tarot readings are intended to offer guidance and perspective, but they should not be viewed as predestined or absolute. Everyone possesses the inherent ability to shape their destiny through their decisions and actions,
underscoring the importance of personal empowerment and accountability in navigating life’s journey.

Ethics:
Kay is committed to serving the best interests of their clients, ensuring professional
activities are conducted without causing or intending to cause harm. Kay will advise clients to seek guidance from licensed professionals for legal, financial, medical, or psychological matters beyond their expertise. Kay respects the client’s right to refuse or terminate their reading at any time, regardless of prior consent. As an ethical Tarot reader, Kay strives to be impartial and non-judgmental providing unbiased advice and guidance.

Third-Party Readings:
Kay only performs readings with the explicit consent of the individual involved. Adhering to ethical practices, ensuring that all parties are fully informed and agree voluntarily to participate in any reading session. Kay prioritises respect and confidentiality, making the welfare and comfort of her client’s paramount.

Cancellations:
Bookings cancelled by Kay will be refunded in full. Bookings canceled by clients require 48 hour’s notice, to cancel or reschedule. Bookings cancelled by clients within 48 hours of the booking will incur a 50% of the service charge.

Bookings:
To confirm your booking payment is required in advance. Where payment isn’t made your preferred time is released and made available to others. Bookings may only be rescheduled once. Take care when booking in another time zone or overseas, times are displayed in AEST and AEDT depending on the time of year.

Pricing:
All prices are displayed in AUD.
